”This place is not one I would recommend or revisit unless you’re just looking for a quiet date night with milkshakes. I went with my family, and we waited quite a while before receiving any service or food. No one greeted us, and we had to navigate a lot of stairs to find the seating area. Only two servers were handling ten tables, even though it wasn’t busy, so the service was slow. Our drinks arrived after 40 minutes, and the food came after an hour and a half.
The glasses weren’t sanitized, so I drank directly from the bottle. The drinks had straws, but it was extremely hot with no breeze—just a few fans that didn’t help much. The waiters were trying, but running up and down the stairs took a toll. The food was okay, but half of what we ordered was unavailable, as was a lot of the drinks. The menu had limited availability, and they were out of most items, including ice for drinks.”
