Disappointed in PCB
Our stay in condo #1612 was quite disappointing. The wraparound balcony only had one high stool, and when I asked about it, the staff mentioned that the furniture had not been replaced since the January 9th tornado. I had booked directly with the resort in January, yet there was no mention of missing balcony furniture.
Inside, the living room furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, sinking in when you sat down. The beds were creaky and covered in plastic protectors, which made them noisy. There was visible dust on the furniture, old TVs, a limited selection of kitchen utensils, and we were provided with only 7 towels for 7 people, along with just 4 washcloths.
For the $4,000 we paid for 5 nights, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review for a condo stay.

❌ Cons: Uncomfortable furniture, lack of basic amenities, poor communication

Treasure Island Resort Condos – Not the Best Experience
We have stayed at Treasure Island Resort Condominiums multiple times, but this trip in condo #101 was disappointing. We specifically chose this unit for its direct access to the pool deck and outdoor area, but due to ongoing exterior renovations, our patio gate was blocked by construction crews.
Thankfully, the January tornado had already damaged part of the metal fence, allowing us to squeeze through a hole. Another issue was parking—each condo has an assigned spot, but our designated space was taken by a contractor multiple times. When we reported it, we were just told to “park somewhere else”, even if it wasn’t a numbered spot. Considering that our spot (#101) was the first in the parking garage, this felt like poor management.

❌ Cons: Construction disruption, blocked access, parking issues

A $35 registration fee is required per unit, paid to the HOA.
Guests must register at the rental office upon arrival to receive parking permits and pool passes.
Pet Registration Fee: $300 (non-refundable).
Pet Policy: One pet per unit, under 30 lbs. Bring your pet to the front desk upon arrival if your unit allows pets.

🚗 Parking Rules

Each unit has one assigned parking space and one guest parking space.
Only owners and registered guests may park; unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
All vehicles must have permits displayed.
No parking of boats, RVs, or trailers over 16 feet. Smaller trailers may be parked for up to 30 days.
Guests may register one additional vehicle or trailer per stay for $100 per vehicle/trailer.
Visitors must park in the public beach parking area west of the resort.

Do not feed seagulls anywhere on the property or the beach.

No skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, or skates are allowed.

Tents must be set up on the sides of the property.
