We had a mixed experience at this campground. First, the staff was amazing! Sergio was super helpful when we booked our reservation, and Rick was fantastic during our stay.
The campground is right next to the interstate, so there’s a lot of traffic noise, but we expected that. The clubhouse was great, and the shower facilities, although a bit dated, were just what we needed. We stayed for one night in a pull-through spot, but the concrete slab wasn’t level, which was frustrating.
The biggest issue was our site placement. The camper next to us was parked the wrong way, making things really cramped. Our slide-outs were only a foot apart, and they barely had space to get out of their door. There were plenty of empty spots nearby, but instead of placing us in a better location, they put us right next to the misplaced camper.
What made it worse? The staff knew about the issue and just said, “Yeah, that’s a hassle.” No one offered to fix it or move us. This left a bad impression. The campground had potential, but poor customer service ruined it for us. Sadly, we won’t be staying here again.

We booked three RV spots in January for a week-long stay in May. Check-in was easy, and they guided us to our site, which was nice. But that’s where the good experience ended.
The sites were small and not level, which may have been intentional for rain drainage, but it made setting up a hassle. There weren’t enough pull-through spots, and the RVs were parked very close together.
Our second night was a nightmare. The casino hosted an outdoor concert that started around 5:30 PM. It was so loud we could barely have a conversation outside. Even inside, with the windows closed and music playing, the bass was shaking our trailer. It didn’t stop until 10:45 PM, and we were told some concerts last even longer. It would have been nice if they had warned us at check-in!
Quiet hours are listed as 10 PM – 8 AM, but apparently, that rule didn’t apply to the concert. To make things worse, at 7 AM, planes from the nearby airport started flying over our trailer, adding to the noise.
On top of that, people in a nearby site kept smoking marijuana throughout the evening. Every time we sat outside, the smell was overwhelming.
Overall, between the noise, the airport, and the smoke, this wasn’t a relaxing stay. If you plan to visit, be prepared for concerts, planes, and the possibility of unwanted smoke!
