- The Mud Bath is usually done without clothes, but you can wear a swimsuit if you want (it might get stained). We also have disposable bottoms you can wear. You will share a shower and mineral soak with the person you booked with.
- Towels, robes, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Bring any other personal care items you need.
- The Mud Bath is hot and not safe for people with high or low blood pressure, diabetes, those getting chemotherapy, or pregnant women.
- You must be able to get in and out of the Mud Bath on your own. If you need help, bring someone with you. Staff cannot help lift or carry you.
- If you can’t use stairs, let us know when booking. We will make sure your treatments are downstairs.
- Do not use spa treatments if you’ve used drugs or alcohol. If you seem intoxicated, we may refuse service.
- Drink plenty of water and eat before you arrive.
