The Concept Behind Nisos Prime
Opened in November 2023, Nisos Prime is the brainchild of Parker Hospitality and renowned chef Rick Tramonto. The restaurant beautifully blends Mediterranean flavors with traditional steakhouse fare, offering dishes inspired by coastal regions of Greece, Italy, France, and Spain. The restaurant’s refined ambiance is matched only by its exceptional menu, ensuring every meal is a memorable experience.

Nisos Prime Reviews
Overall Reviews: 4.3/5 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) Based on 283 reviews
i) Goutham B: 5/5 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) (04-24-2025)
One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The food was flawless—every dish, from the Crispy Octopus to the 6oz Filet Center Cut, was executed perfectly. The mashed potatoes and Pearachute cocktail were standout complements.
Beyond the food, the ambiance struck the ideal balance—energetic yet intimate, with great music at just the right volume. A hidden gem was the stunning bar area near the restrooms, which added to the upscale yet welcoming vibe.
Service was impeccable; our waiter was attentive and detail-oriented, even refreshing our table between courses. Highly recommend for a memorable night out!
ii) Thao Tran: 5/5 (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) (03-25-2025)
Nisos Prime Bar is my new go-to for happy hour! The vibe is chic and lively, and the service is top-notch. Their martinis and dealer’s choice cocktails were expertly crafted, and the crab beignets are an absolute must-order. The gin-and-tonic cheese curds also made for the perfect savory bite.
At $30–50 per person, it’s a fantastic value for the quality. Highly recommend for drinks and small plates!
