Disappointing Experience at Towerpoint
If you’re looking for a well-managed community, Towerpoint may not be the best choice. The manager, John, seems more focused on appeasing frequent complainers rather than fostering a welcoming environment. Gossip among management and residents is common, and the atmosphere can feel judgmental and cliquish. Additionally, concerns about misogynistic behavior and racially insensitive remarks from certain individuals make it an uncomfortable place for some. If you’re a year-round resident, you might find it challenging to navigate the pettiness and negativity. Consider your options carefully before choosing Towerpoint.

Great Community, but Management Changes Are Disappointing
Towerpoint has friendly residents and plenty of activities, but recent management decisions have negatively impacted the experience. Bringing your own food and drinks to the pool area is no longer allowed, which has significantly reduced socializing in the courtyard. The Cactus Grill has also changed—table service is gone, and guests must now order and pick up their food at the counter, making it less convenient. Additionally, lot rent has risen to nearly $8,000 per year, and residents are required to pay for year-round garbage service, even though Mesa charges per pickup. While the community itself is enjoyable, it’s worth comparing other options before committing.
