After hearing good things about Uno Pizza and passing by it on Rathmines Road, I finally decided to try it. The interior was comfortable and had a nice atmosphere. The menu offered a great variety of pizzas.
I tried the Margherita pizza, and it was fantastic—fresh toppings, a thin base, and the crust was the real highlight. It puffed up beautifully in the oven, soft, fluffy, and chewy—just like a great Neapolitan pizza should!
The only downside was that the pizza was a bit on the oily side.
